This area presents many opportunities for sport: surfing on the beautiful beaches, sailing by the impressive Atlantic Coast, playing golf in the land of Severiano Ballesteros, fishing in the many rivers surrounded by spectacular National Parks. You will find fantastic skiing in the Cantabrian Mountains and the stunning Guggenheim: Bilbao is a short drive away.

Visit elegant Santander or the stunning world heritage Roman and Medieval cities and towns of Northern Castille. If all this has you hungry, then do not forget that this is an area with one of the highest concentration of Michelin starred restaurants in the world.

Come to the steps of the famous pilgrimage route "Camino de Santiago". Here you can have your base, in your own centuries old stone country house in the most idillic of valleys and mountain ranges.
